Terms of Use

By using v489.app you agree to these terms and to the V489 Discord server rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the beats you upload. You give V489 permission to stream them to members for feedback. Audio is stream-only; don't try to rip other members' work.

Vault links

The Vault lists links to third-party sites. V489 doesn't host those files. Only share content you have the right to share: no cracked or pirated plugins and no leaks. Staff will remove violating posts and may ban accounts.

Points, cosmetics, chests and chips

Points, cosmetics, chests and chips are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, cashed out or exchanged for money or anything of value, on V489 or anywhere else. Chips are a separate play currency used only in the Arcade: they never affect points, rank, seasons or the leaderboard and cannot be converted to points. Chests are earned only. Arcade games are for entertainment, use published odds and provably fair seeds, and involve no real-money wagering. Selling or buying accounts, chips or items breaks these terms. We may adjust or reset balances to fix bugs or abuse.

Conduct

No harassment, hate, spam or impersonation. Staff can delete content and restrict access at any time.

No warranty
